Posisi: Country Sales Representative / Officer

- To generate In-market sales (sell out) with distributors team in assigned markets.
- Visiting the local customers and distributor team regularly to drive the brand objectives.
- Implementation of trade and brand fundamentals in the trade with stakeholders (Retailers, distributors etc.).
- Maintaining existing business and Generating new business in all the trade segments (Retail, wholesale and Food Service).
- Achieving brand targets (monthly, quarterly and yearly).
- Preparing through forecast based on sell out and sell through information and owning the forecast.
- Preparation of reports (In market sales, monthly business analysis & review, stock report, yearly plan, trade activities report, field visit and spending report).
- Close monitoring competition on distribution, activities, new initiatives etc. and reporting.
- Preparation and Implantation of marketing calendar in all the trade segment with distributors and brand team.
- Monitoring trade & marketing spending to maintain the brand financial discipline.
- Bachelor degree in business, marketing or any other field
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience
